The next truck loaded with materials and supplies for Alabama is leaving this Friday, May 20th, from Narrowsburg Lumber, Narrowsburg, N.Y.

At this time, due to limited storage space, we ask that you hold off on any further donations of clothing until further notice. Also, because the needs in Alabama are so varied and changing constantly, cash donations are very much appreciated so that materials and supplies can be purchased once we are on-site and can see firsthand what is needed the most. Please contact Josh Sheard if you have any questions about what to donate or how else you might be able to help.

The first team of men will be leaving Sunday night, May 22nd, to do some construction work next week in Alabama.

As soon as they are available, we will post more pictures so you can see how your efforts are helping the people in Alabama put their lives back together.

Welcome to our blog about helping the people of Alabama who were recently devastated by tornadoes. On this site, we will keep you up to date on what is being done to send aid to those who need it, through two churches we have partnered with there. We will be collecting items and shipping them down by tractor trailer. As more information is learned of what is needed most, we will update that information here, as well as on the Help Alabama web page found at the Calkins Baptist Church website . Check back often for updates and also pictures that we will provide as they come in.
